This woman of soul now fronts one of Melbourne’s leading funk/soul bands Mayfield, who have released their album in July 2017, with production by Aria award nominated artist ‘Ivan Khachoyan’.

Carla has fast become one of Melbourne’s leading session vocalists and front women who is highly in demand on the scene for her charismatic stage presence and soaring vocal talent. She is a proud vocalist with Melbourne’s Women of Soul and she has sang backing vocals for Aria award nominated vocalist “Kylie Auldist” and internationally acclaimed singer/songwriter “Carmen Hendrix”.  She has been a featured vocalist at many high profile events such as Melbourne’s Fashion aid, the Melbourne United Basketball, STONNINGTON JAZZ FESTIVAL, ST KILDA FESTIVAL and the AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX.

Carla’s voice has been likened to the sound like a mix between Tina Turner, Etta James, Anastasia and Adele. With a Bachelor of Music (Music Theatre) she has the mastery of performance down pat with showmanship and stage presence that makes it hard to look away.
